What is "The Resistance?"

The Resistance is the consolidated effort of a decentralized and diverse brotherhood, bound together by the spirit of liberty, taking action to fight against tyranny. We are the originators of the Tea Party who seek to restore the framer's vision of the republic. We are the Wall Street Occupiers who seek to overthrow the banker occupation of free markets and government. We are activists, hackers, whistleblowers, and truth seekers. We are a cult of individuality whose reverant retain their own idenities, views, preferences, and lifestyle choices. We are You, and we are legion.

We recognize that individuals are endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights. These rights are not granted to us by the state. They may not be sold, transferred, or surrendered. They may not be voted away by the majority. These rights include: Life, Liberty, Property, Privacy, Free Speech, Self-Defense, all those enumerated in the Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence and more.

We realize that all attempts by individuals, organizations, corporations, and agents of the state to infrige upon these rights must be met with action by The Resistance. Each individual act of resistance introduces friction into the system. Each individual act of resistance inspires others to act as well. The aggregate of the friction created by these acts will eventually bring tyranny to its knees and restore the republic.

 

What is TheResistance.ME?

TheResistance.ME will serve as a newsfeed, library, tool-box, and community for all of you who choose to engage tyranny with your own individual acts of resistance.

We will be producing our own original news articles (and posting yours!) along with aggregating important news from around the nation and world to help keep you informed. We are producing a broadcast that will center on one topic per episode and delve deep into current political, financial, medical, and social issues both nationally and internationally that require your attention and intervention.

The forum will be the marketplace of ideas where community members can share information and solutions, debate, and organize. There will be seperate libraries that will offer in depth solutions and ideas for different acts of resistance. Open Resistance will offer more public solutions that may require you to compromise your privacy. The Shadow Path will offer ideas for more covert acts of civil disobiendience.

At the end of the day, you will choose your own level involvement. Resistance encompasses various acts great and small. Always remember that it is the sum total of those acts that creates the required friction in the system to create revolution. No action taken by you, the individual, is too small to be of consequence.
